Located in the northern part of the island of Corsica at the northern exit of the town of Bastia, at the beginning of the Cap Corse and of its touristy treasure, Erbalunga, Macinaggio, Centuri... our apartment will accomodate you and your family or friends for a stay combining, following your tastes, discovery of the island, water sports, scuba diving, fishing, sailing, windsurfing, golf, tennis.

Our 85 square meters apartment, entirely renovated and equipped, can receive from 2 to 6 people within a pleasant atmosphere and a superb sea sight. It is located at less than 100m of a beach and benefits from the proximity of the Bastia marina. It is at less than 600 meters of all the shopping services (food store - pharmacy - doctor - garage - restaurant...) and at less than 1 km of the center of Bastia.

Apartment description

• Living/dinning room of approximately 35 m2 with seasight from the balcony (large picture windows) equipped with a sofa bed, chairs, and dining table.

• Two bedrooms of approximately 12 m2 each: one equipped with 2 single beds and one with a queensize bed and a small bathroom.

• One bathroom with tub

• One toilet room

• One closet

• Kitchen equipped with cooking stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and toaster.

• Air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom.

Rental conditions

• Private rental governed by contract.

• At your arrival, a guarantee deposit will be requested.
  The rental periods, except particular agreement, start on Saturday and finish on Saturday, arrival starting from 4 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m.

• The booking is effective after payment of an account of 25%. The payment of the balance must be settled at the latest two weeks before the beginning of the stay.

• Corsica is nothing like the image we have of a Mediterranean island. In fact, no other Mediterranean island has Corsica’s lushness. With the green of the chestnut trees of Castagniccia, the green of the rustling bushes along the paths of the “maquis” , the verdant mountain pastures that are at their most beautiful during the summer, the green of the vast forests of indigenous pine trees that are hundreds of years old and that stand out against the Aïtone sky, the emerald patches of the mountain lakes, the silvery green Nebbio olive groves, the transparency of the waterfalls and pools of Restonica, and the green lines of the Patrimonio vineyard in the spring.

• Crystal clear waters, vast beaches of powder sand, small isolated coves and wild cliffs populated with sea eagles: Corsica offers a range of marine landscapes that are unique to the Mediterranean. With over one thousand kilometres of coastline, the island is a succession of fabulous places to swim, fish, dive or simply walk. To the northwest of the island, the Agriates beaches that you can reach through the “maquis” are some of the wildest beaches on the island.

  
  Further to the south, around Ile Rousse, the Balagne beaches have vibrantly coloured rocks that rise out of turquoise waters. In the Golfe de Porto, there are large and small beaches for you to enjoy in a protected natural setting, and the magnificent landscapes of the Calanches will amaze you. Then between Bonifacio and Porto-Vecchio, fabulous beaches stretch over kilometres, punctuated here and there by coves. Further to the north and up to Solenzara, the Côte des Nacres (motherof- pearl coast) has sandy coves that are bathed in emerald green waters.
